  • Readable architecture layout (at least conceptual stage),
  • Site plan with marked project scope envelope,
  • Short description of building type, purpose, and basic characteristic parameters: usable area, number of occupants, building height, and others.
  • The scope of the planned project you would like us to deliver.
  • In case of industrial buildings: type of the production process, information what is the stage of process design development (already done, in progress, not even started)
